Single Model Access (one-time): non-refundable once access has been delivered. If you cannot access the folder due to a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we will repair access or provide a refund at our discretion.
Full Vault Membership (subscription): charges are non-refundable once a period starts. You can cancel anytime before the next renewal; access remains active until the end of the paid term.
